Ordering Information

Lesson Learned

What’s the old saying? You could have the best product design on the planet but if you don’t promote it properly, it won’t do well. That’s me in a nutshell. Great design, no money for promotion. The cost to produce the Ezpacker is now too great so by ordering yours today, you’ll be one of the few here in the U.S. who will own one that will last you for years because once they’re gone, they’re gone. I’ve been using one of the first off the production line for over ten years and it works just as good now as it did the very first day.

Shipping Info

The cost for shipping is included in the price. You’ll see a PayPal link for ordering one only. Now— because it costs less per unit when ordering more than one, I’ll have additional links for purchasing two and four (in case you’d like to give one as a gift).

Unboxed, Unlabeled Ezpackers

Full disclosure, the image above is computer generated. However, that’s what you’ll receive. The machine and the compactor. Want to save even more money and you don’t care about the labels and boxes? Here’s your chance. You can purchase the machine only. The catch is—  there’s a minimum order of four machines. For those of you who’d like to purchase the blank machine in bulk, just send me an email by clicking on this link and let me know how many you’d like to purchase.

Returns

I have never received one return from the hundreds sold so far over the years. Every unit is thoroughly tested before it gets shipped. In fact, in order to break this machine, you’d have to intentionally want to break it and even then it would be difficult. Believe me, I’ve tried and took just about everything I had to knock that black injector tube out. If it jams, don’t try to force it. See instruction video here to solve a jam. The only thing I can think of is if you drop the brass plunger onto a very hard surface such as concrete or tile floor at just the right angle that the plastic base pops off the brass plunger tube. If this happens, just a drop or two of superglue in the hole of the plastic cap then place the brass tube back in place. Problem solved. Two or three minutes later, you’re back in business. But if the impossible does happen and you want to return it, just place the unit alone in the box it came in and send the unit back. While supplies last, I’ll send you another one. You pay the shipping to return it, I’ll pay the shipping to send you the replacement. But again, I’ve never had one returned. To submit a return request, click here.

Limited Supplies

As I said in the beginning, because of the rise in the cost of production, I won’t be making any more Ezpackers. So best to order the EzPacker ASAP. Whether it’s the fully boxed and labeled unit or a blank one, you won’t regret it  The Ezpacker will save you a ton of money for years to come.

Tubes

I get my tubes from the local smoke shop. I pay somewhere around $4.80 per box of Zen 100mm tubes. Why? Because they’re high quality and you get an extra 50 tubes per box. Most tubes come in boxes of 200 while Zen Tubes comes 250 per box. Buying online is fine when ordering multiple boxes. I recommend purchasing 10 or more boxes at a time and make sure the shipping is free.

Tobacco

In my humble opinion— the absolute best place to get your tobacco is Famous Smoke Shop. (PS: The link to the left will take you right to the pipe tobacco page.) Customer service is great and they occasionally have free shipping promotions. Some with no minimum order. That being said— if you’re going to order online, to save money it’s best to order a minimum of three one-pound bags. I used to purchase Dark Horse Tobacco but that’s next to impossible to find these days. A close second is Cheyenne Tobacco, then if you’re looking for more of the same cut as you see in cigarette tobacco, try Southern Steel Tobacco. They’re both pretty much the same in flavor and strength. For what it’s worth, I get the full flavor. And you really can’t beat the price.
